All appointments can be booked via our booking link . If you have a specific question or if you’re struggling to find an appointment date and time, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email, phone or Instagram.

All consultations are free, we use these to learn about your concerns, talk about your treatment goals and create tailored recommendations based on your unique needs. Consultations can also be booked through the booking link.

All treatment appointments require a £30 deposit, this will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. If you cancel or rearrange your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. We ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange your appointment. If an appointment is rearranged outside of the 48 hour cancellation window, we will transfer your £30 deposit to your new appointment date.

Your appointment confirmation email contains all information on how to alter upcoming appointments. If you wish to change an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, please let us as soon as possible via email, phone or Instagram.

Please book a free consultation with the appropriate clinician. We use these appointments to provide you with all the necessary information and advice, whilst giving you personalised recommendations treatments based on your needs and concerns.

We have plenty of parking on Old Elvet Street. Parking is free after 6pm and also on Sundays, any other time requires a pay and display ticket. Parking tickets can be purchased by cash or card from pay and display ticket machines.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards.

We ask you to arrive a couple of minutes early to complete any relevant forms. If you are early for your appointment, please come and enjoy the serenity of our spa-like clinic. We have a gorgeous waiting room where you can relax and enjoy free refreshments whilst waiting for your appointment.

You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to your appointment. To ensure we can focus on all of your needs, we ask that your guests wait in reception during your consultation/ treatment.

Currently our diaries are open three months in advance. If there is a specific date that you would like to book an appointment, please let a member of the team know and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
